1. Requirements of the testing environment
It is required that under normal light source conditions, the product is placed on the workbench, a distance of 30cm away, and the product is viewed at an angle of 45 degrees.
2. Packaging inspection standards
The packaging box of each product and the inner box must have the corresponding product name, specification, material number, quantity and environmental protection signs. The packaging must not contain mixed materials, wrong materials, humidity, deformation of the packaging box, and damage to the box. Corresponding protective measures must be taken when packaging.
3. Visual inspection standards
There is no deformation, bending, oxidation, stains, etc. on the pins or conductive parts of the pin jacks. Use a vernier caliper and a micrometer to check whether the length and outer diameter of the product are within the standard range.
4. Function check
Use a multimeter to check whether the resistance value at both ends of the conduction is within the standard. Put the pins of the product in a 270±5℃ tin melting furnace to resist soldering, take them out of the tin furnace, and measure its function after 3 hours. The function before the test is the same and will not be damaged by heat.
