  The reason why the laser scanning sensor is used for the non-contact test of the pin to detect the defect:

  Because the detection of pin diameter requires high precision and high efficiency, and the pins to be measured are usually gold-plated parts, non-contact measurement must be used to prevent wear. At present, the commonly used non-contact measurement at home and abroad mainly uses laser scanning sensors for detection, but this method will have nonlinear errors, and the measurement results are easily interfered by the high temperature and vibration of the probe motor. In addition, the laser diffraction method is also a high-precision diameter measurement method, but because the measurement mechanism is relatively large and requires high environmental requirements, it restricts its use under production site conditions.

  The pin uses the CCD projection method applied by the single-path diameter measuring instrument system, and the linear array CCD is used as a high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor. Advantages:

  First: the pixel size is small, the geometric accuracy is high, and the excellent optical system can get a high spatial resolution.

  Second: With high sensitivity, wide spectral response, large dynamic range and other characteristics, it has a wide range of applications in industrial non-contact detection and control.

  Third: The uniform and stable wavelength is that the light emitted by the 520nm LED light source is transformed into a parallel beam by the collimating lens. After emission, some of it is blocked by the target, and then passes through the filter lens and imaging lens group in the receiver, and finally is linear CCD Upon receiving, the CCD sensor scans with a preset sampling rate and calculates the length of the shadow at the same time, so as to measure the size of the target, and the measurement result will be displayed on the LCD screen.
