1. Stamping of lathe:
The manufacture of spring thimble connectors usually starts with stamping. After a large-scale high-speed punching machine, the spring thimble connector is stamped with a thin metal strip. One end of the large coiled metal belt is fed into the front end of the punching machine, and the other end is wound into the reeling wheel through the hydraulic worktable of the punching machine. During this process, some finished products will have quality problems, such as scratches, curling, etc. Such finished products will be eliminated.
2. Finished product test:
Manufacturers of spring thimble connectors hope that the inspection system can detect various defects such as very small scratches and pinholes on the plating appearance of the connector pins. Even if these defects are easily identifiable for other products, because most of the spring thimble connectors are irregular and have angled appearance design, it is difficult for the visual inspection system to obtain enough images to identify these subtle defects. After the needle and needle tube of the spring thimble are processed by a lathe, after passing the quality inspection, there is no knife mark or scratching problem, and the product is electroplated according to the customer's needs.
