  1. The design requirements for the end of the contact: it is a non-standard contact, which should be designed in accordance with the cable requirements of the whole machine. First, determine the plug-in end size, product installation form, appearance mode, and cable specifications. When the cable is difficult to determine, the principle to follow is to design the wiring holes according to the number of contacts, and the wiring holes can meet the requirements of large wire gauge wires. The ratio of the core diameter to the inner diameter of the solder cup is generally 0.5-0.7; when wiring, the design principle is that the diameter of the connecting hole between the cable core and the contact is appropriate, and the ratio of the core diameter to the inner diameter of the soldering hole is usually 0.6-0.8.
