3. Shape and dimensional tolerances of spring pogopin sheets. Sheet spring pogopins are commonly used for stamping processing. When designing, it is necessary to consider selecting suitable shapes and sizes for stamping processing. At the same time, it is also necessary to fully consider dimensional tolerances such as springback during bending processing and deformation generated during heat treatment of spring pogopins.
The requirements for heat treatment of spring pogopin sheets should be proposed based on their performance requirements. The hardness after heat treatment can generally be between 36 and 52HRC
