understand your own PogoPin size requirements, including installation space and
current flow, before selecting a PogoPin. Below, we will introduce the following
four PogoPin structures and their size and current.
1、 Pogopin Beveled Structure: To ensure 100% contact between the needle
shaft and the needle tube during operation, we cut the end of the needle shaft
in contact with the spring into an inclined plane. This design ensures stable
low impedance and close contact between the needle shaft and the needle
tube.
Slope structure pogopin with needle length ≈ 3.5mm, current: 2A
2、 Bevel+Ball Structure: A reinforced version of the bevel structure, with
